《水分子記憶：喚醒》王綺穗個展

「水分子記憶：喚醒 （water molecular memory:Palowad）」是藝術家藝術創作研究（Artistic Research）實踐的一個參照型態，所謂的「水記憶」是指即使經過任意次數的連續稀釋後，水分子仍能記憶先前溶解在其中物質樣態的能力，這也是經由許多科學家研究後所發現的物理現象。

猶如藝術家對自己過去的生命、家族的記憶、族群的遷徙歷史乃至於當代身份與原民性的本質認同，雖然已經由世代大環境的因素稀釋了痕跡、在制式的發育中被淡化與忽略，但生命與情感的傳遞並沒有因此消逝無蹤，反倒在時間流的某個特定點，再度浮現而碰撞。它們折射出色彩，映照著世界，並對自己有了一場深深的凝望。

“Water Molecular Memory: Awakening” is a reference model for the artist’s artistic research practice. The so-called “water memory” refers to the phenomenon where, even after continuous dilutions, water molecules can still “remember” the characteristics of substances previously dissolved in them. This phenomenon has been observed in numerous scientific studies.

Much like this, the artist reflects on memories of their own life, family, ancestral migration history, and contemporary identity as well as indigenous identity. Although these memories and identities may have been diluted by the influence of the generational environment, and faded or overlooked through standardized education, the transmission of life and emotion has not vanished. Instead, it re-emerges at specific points in time, colliding and resonating with the present. These memories and emotions refract into colors, reflecting the world and inviting the artist into a profound self-reflection.
